Membership Application Form
An application fee of $110 including GST is payable on submission of this form. This amount is non-refundable. Please use the 'Make a Payment' button at the top left of the page and pay via credit card. Please use "Membership application" as the invoice number.
Upon submission and receipt of the application fee, we will contact your nominating members for verification, and your application will go to the Board for approval.
Please ensure the people whose names you provide are current financial members of The Illawarra Connection, or the application process may be delayed.
A tax invoice for the applicable membership fee will be issued on approval of your application. Membership fees are payable within 28 days of notification.
In the event of your admission as a member, you agree to be bound by the Constitution of the Association.
