Dr Tamantha Stutchbury is a passionate advocate for the power of education, ideas, and people to create meaningful change. Tamantha’s career spans education, innovation, and community leadership, where she has worked closely with students, researchers, entrepreneurs, and industry to help turn ideas into action. She is a strong champion for women in STEM and leadership, committed to expanding access, confidence, and pathways for the next generation of innovators.

In recognition of her impact, she was named 2026 Wollongong Woman of the Year.  At The Illawarra Connection Dinner, Tamantha will share practical insights into how creativity, innovation and education can unlock potential in people and organisations, helping businesses build more adaptable, engaged and future-focused teams while strengthening our region and creating a more inclusive future. She will share relatable and practical ideas that members can apply within their own organisations to encourage creativity, innovation and stronger team engagement
